• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Nov 2017 until Wed 28 Feb 2018, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25, 31 Dec 2017, 10, 14, 17 Feb 2018.
• A supplement of £20 per room per night applies for for Saturday night stays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable once booked with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am 
• Classic double or twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for £30 per room per night supplement.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner is 3 courses from the table d’hote menu; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Use of leisure facilities included.
• Car parking available.
• Max 1 child under 12 permitted; under 4’s stay free when sharing with adults; kids aged 5-12 years require a supplementary charge of £10 per night inc breakfast. Family room upgrade required for a supplement of £30 per room per night.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
