Small print

• Voucher is valid until 10 Jul 2016, Fri–Sun sittings: 1pm - 1.45pm & 3pm - 3.45pm; subject to availability.
• You must book your afternoon tea by 12 Jun 2016 or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Group bookings permitted; subject to availability. Max 4 vouchers per group, max 8 people. 
• Table required back after 1.5 hours.
• Afternoon tea menu is subject to change.
• Option 2 includes 125ml glass of Prosecco per person which can be substituted for a soft drink. 
• Not suitable for gluten free/lactose intolerant diets. Please advise of any vegetarians when booking. 
• Wheelchair access is via Bread + Butter (McCormick Lane, just off Buchanan Street) - please advise 29 when booking.
• Children are permitted.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your afternoon tea.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
