• Option 1: Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2020 until Wed 31 Mar 2021, Sunday - Friday subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays, 20 Dec 2020 - 31 Jan and 12-15 Feb 2021.
• Option 2: Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2020 until Wed 31 Mar 2021, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 20 Dec 2020 - 31 Jan and 12-15 Feb 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £20prpn is required for Friday & Saturday stays.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 10 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm – 7pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Small and standard double and twin rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge deluxe double £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
