Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Option 1: Valid Sun - Fri. Excludes Saturdays. A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays; payable directly.
• Options 2 & 3: Valid 7 days. A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Excludes 20 Dec 2021 - 3 Jan 2022 and 12-15 Feb 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 10 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm - 7pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Options 1 and 2: small and standard double twin rooms available. Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe double for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly.
• Option 3: valid for a stay in a suite only. Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival.
• Please note the restaurant and bar are closed on Sunday evenings.
• Please note Annex rooms are not available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Please note, the restaurant is closed on Sundays.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
