Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Jan 2020 until Sun 15 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 Feb 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10.30am.
• Double or twin standard room available. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2: Includes £20 per person dinner allowance towards the menu on one evening only; subject to change. Allowance cannot be used towards beverages. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Free parking available.
• Max 2 children permitted; ages 0-2 stay free and over 12's will be charged as an adult. A supplementary charge of £2 is required for every year of age for children aged 2 – 12 per night, travel cots can be provided in this charge and breakfast is included. If a Z bed is required an additional £10 charge per night will be added; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
