• Voucher is valid until Thur 29 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 8, 24 – 26, 31 Dec 2017, 1 Jan and 16, 17 Feb 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £10 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 12 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 2pm.
• Privilege double room; twin rooms are available on request, subject to availability. Please discuss directly when booking.
• Privilege room room includes king-size bed, Nespresso machine, robes and slippers, complimentary soft drinks and snacks and views towards the front gardens.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: feature double room £70 or feature suite £150; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes spa access: 18m swimming pool, fully equipped gym, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi.
• Bottle of wine will be in room on arrival and must be enjoyed in your room. Choice of house white or red, please specify at time of booking.
• Dinner is 3 courses, sample menu can be viewed here. Menu is seasonal and subject to change. Supplements may apply to some dishes and will be clearly advised by hotel.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.

• Includes 20% discount on spa treatments booked in advance; excludes Saturdays.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children under 12 stay free including breakfast; additional meals will be charged as taken. Ages 12 and over are classed as adults.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
