• Voucher is valid until 30 Jun 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• £20 supplement for Sat night stays.
• Reservations must be made by 31 May 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used for consecutive night stays and stay can also be extended for an additional charge. Please discuss at time of booking.
• Check in 2pm, check out 12pm.
• Upgraded Classic double room - twin rooms available on request, please discuss at time of booking.
• Members can upgrade their rooms for the following supplements, subject to availability and payable directly to the hotel: Privilege Room (£25pn), Feature Double Room (£70pn), Feature Suite (£150pn).
• Bottle of wine is a choice of house white/red and must be enjoyed in room. Please specify red or white when booking.
• Dinner is 3 courses, supplements may apply and will be clearly advised. 
• Menu is seasonal and subject to change. 
• Gluten/wheat free diets can be catered for on request, please discuss when booking.
• itison members can enjoy 20% discount on spa treatments, only applies when booked in advance. Excludes Saturdays.
• Max 2 children under 12 stay free of charge, includes breakfast. Additional meals are charged as taken. 12 years and over are classed as adults.
• Max 2 pets permitted at a cost of £10 per pet, per night.

• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your stay.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
