• Voucher is valid from Sun 15 Oct 2017 until Mon 30 Apr 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• 2017 excludes:
  Oct: 20, 21, 28
  Nov: 8 - 9, 11, 17, 19
  Dec: 16, 24 - 26, 30 - 31 
• 2018 exclusions:
  Jan: 1
  Feb: 10, 17, 24
  Mar: 10, 17, 24 - 26, 31
  Apr: 6 - 7, 14, 21
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. 
• Double or twin classic or riverside rooms available; please discuss directly with the hotel.
• Please note Riverside rooms are 100 yards from the Main house. 
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: master bedroom £50 and suite £70; payable directly to hotel.
• Free parking available.
• Max of 1 child permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per child per night with breakfast included; payable directly to hotel. Children are classed as ages 12 and under and rooms are limited; please check availability with the hotel.
• One dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per pet per stay; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 dogs by arrangement; please discuss directly with hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
