• Voucher is valid until 14th July 2015, 7 days a week; subject to availability.
• Voucher excludes 25th April, 30th May, 13th & 27th June, 4th July 2015.
• A £25 supplemet applies on the following dates: 2nd, 9th, 16th May; 6th, 20th June; 11th July 2015
• Reservations must be made by 17th May or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Double or twin classic rooms available.
• Upgrade to a Master Bedroom for £50prpn, or a Suite for £70prpn. Subject to availability - arrange with hotel directly.
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am.
• Children permitted (max of 1 child per room), 12 years old and under are £20 per child per night (B&B) - arrange with hotel directly.
• Pets permitted (1 dog per room, 2 by arrangement only), £20 per pet per stay - arrange with hotel directly.
• Free parking
• Multiple vouchers can be used for consecutive night stays and stay can also be extended for an additional charge. Please discuss with Ballathie House Hotel at time of booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your stay.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
