Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Dec 2017 until Wed 28 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 23 Dec 2017 – 2 Jan, 14 Feb 2018.

A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 15 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.

Superior double/twin rooms available.

Option 1 and 2 rooms available are Mallard, Ptarmigan, Partridge.

Option 3 rooms available are Mallard and Ptarmigan.

Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge of £40 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2 and 3 include a 3 course dinner from set menu; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options available; please advise hotel at time of booking. Option 3 dinner is on the first night only.

No children permitted.

Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
