• Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 - 15, 20 - 21, 28 - 29 Feb and 11 - 12, 14, 18 - 19, 21, 23 - 24 and 28 - 29 Mar 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £30 per room is required for Fridays and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Early check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Double or twin Grande or Royal suite.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes £25 restaurant credit per person in The Campaign Room Bistro to be used against food only. Menu can be viewed here and is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Option 2 dinner is on the first night only.
• Includes glass of Prosecco each on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max 2 children per room. Under 3’s dine for free. Children ages 4 - 18 permitted at a supplementary charge of £40 per additional bed including breakfast with all other meals charged as taken; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
