Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020; valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 – 15 Feb 2020.
• 1 night stay: A supplementary charge of £10prpn is required for Friday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• All options: A supplementary charge of £20prpn is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 1 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Options 1,3 and 4: Standard double or twin room available.
• Option 2: Superior double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior golf view £20, family room (2 double beds) £30, junior suite £60; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 3 and 4 include a fully flexible £50 allowance towards any food and drink. Menus are subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available, please advise hotel when booking.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 1 child permitted; under 5’s stay and dine for free when sharing with adults. Ages 5 – 11yrs stay free and meals are payable as taken, breakfast can be included for £5.50 per child, one additional child can be accommodated in an extra bed / cot. Upgrade to a Family Room to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children inc breakfast; subject to availability. Please discuss directly with hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
