- Guide and assistance dogs permitted only. No additional charge.
- Children permitted; must upgrade to a family room for additional £10 per room, per night. Family room can sleep up to 2 adults and 1 child. Children must pay for meals as taken. Under 16's are classed as children.
- Check in 3pm, late check out 12noon.
- Parking is available nearby for an additional charge, please discuss with Columba Hotel.
- Standard double or twin room available. Members can upgrade to a double riverview room for additional £15, executive room for additional £30 or suite for £80. All upgrades are per room, per night. Please discuss with Columba Hotel at time of booking.
- Multiple vouchers can be used for consecutive night stays, max of 4 consecutive nights. Stays may also be extended for an additional charge. Please discuss with Columba Hotel.
- Dinner is either a three course meal in restaurant or a £20 allocation per person towards dinner in MacNabs Bar and Bistro. Menus are seasonal and subject to change and availability.
- Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 10am the day prior to your arrival.
- Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Ideal location on the river, only a few minutes walk into town. Although the hotel looked a little tired inside it was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and competent, the food was excellent. We had a great time and would recommend the hotel

The hotel itself is quite basic but the deal is amazing and we would all stay again. It’s in a great location, staff are very friendly and the room was clean and tidy. Breakfast each day was fine and the free drink was such a nice touch. Would definitely recommend booking this voucher, we had a great stay!
