• No cancellations of refunds permitted once booking has been confirmed with Crathorne Hall - 1 date change is permitted.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am.
• Option 1: Classic double room available; twin room can be requested at time of booking.
• Option 2: The Crathorne Suite double room available.
• Members can extend their stay by a night for a supplementary charge based on the best available rate; subject to availability.
• Dinner is 3 courses from the Table D'Hôte menu.
• Members can upgrade to A La Carte menu for a supplementary charge; please view menu here and select A La Carte tab. Please discuss with the hotel directly.

• Children under 12 years stay free of charge when sharing with 2 adults and paying for meals as taken. £15 supplementary charge applies per child to children over 12 years when sharing with adults; subject to availability.
