• Voucher is valid from Mon 29 Aug until Mon 31 Oct 2016, Sun – Thur only; subject to availability.
• Excludes 18th, 25th Sept, 13th, 20th & 27th Oct.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-refundable. Dates can be moved to alternative offer dates up to 7 days prior to arrival without penalty; subject to availability. Please discuss directly with hotel.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Sat 1 Oct 2016 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights.
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am. 
• Option 1: Standard double room available; rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Option 2: Executive double room available; rooms can be upgraded, please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• 2 course dinner will be served in Meikle Restaurant or a dinner allowance of £21 per adult will be given to spend in any food outlet within the hotel complex.

• Full use of leisure facilities includes access to the Lagoon pool and gym (not the Victorian Spa). 
• Receive up to 15% off spa treatments when they are pre-booked - please discuss with Crieff Hydro.
• Children permitted; subject to availability of suitable family rooms. Please note family accommodation will be unavailable between 10 – 26 Oct.
• Option 1: ages 0 -1 free of charge, ages 2 – 11 £20 supplement (includes breakfast, high tea & one x 3 hour childcare session in Big Country) and ages 12 - 16 £30 supplement (includes breakfast and 2 course dinner).
• Option 2: ages 0 - 1 free of charge, ages 2 - 11 £30 supplement (includes 2 breakfasts, high tea on one evening) and ages 12 - 16 £40 supplement (includes 2 breakfasts and 2 course dinner on one evening).
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
