• Voucher is valid from Thur 9 Jan 2020 until Fri 31 Jan 2020, Mon - Fri with entry times 10am, 11.15am, 12.30pm, 1.45pm, 3pm, 4.15pm and 5.30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat & Sun. 
• Advance booking not required.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Winter skating - children are classed as ages 3 - 11. Over 12s are classed as adults. Duration approx. 45mins.
• Adventure Park - children are classed as ages 2 - 13. Over 13s are classed as adults. 
• Includes a £15 allocation for lunch for the adult and a children's menu for the child. Served in the Basecamp restaurant at Action Glen. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Please wear suitable warm clothing.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
