• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 30 Dec 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 24 Oct - 14 Nov & 25-27 Nov and 4 & 8 Dec 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £30 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Dec 2021 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Classic double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a family room for a supplementary charge of £60 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 child permitted in a classic double room. Max of 2 children are permitted in an upgraded family room. 0-5 years go free on a BB basis. 6-16yrs require a £15 supplement per child. Please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Includes access to the leisure facilities including pool, sauna and steam room.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
