• Voucher is valid until Sat 31 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25, 31 Dec 2017 and Monday – Wednesday during March 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 5 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Voucher is non-changeable and non-refundable once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 5 per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm. 
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner is 3 courses from the table d'hôte menu; menu is subject to change. 
• Gluten/wheat/dairy free and vegetarian options available - please advise at time of booking.
• Bottle of Prosecco will be in room on arrival.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 1 child permitted; infants aged 2 and under can be accommodated in a deluxe room and require a supplementary charge of £25 per night, cots available; subject to availability. Supplement payable directly to hotel. Sorry, children ages 3+ are not permitted.
• Sorry, pets are not permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
