• Voucher is valid from Sat 2 Jan 2021 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, valid 7 days 10am - 8pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1 Jan - 14 Feb and 14 Mar 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Saturday and Sunday visits; payable directly to spa.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Apr 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 16's only.
• Max of 2 per booking; subject to availability.
• Robes and slippers can be hired at a supplementary charge of £7pp; payable directly to spa.
• Includes 2 x 25 min treatments each choosing from – express back, neck and shoulder massage, body scrub, Ishga foot recovery and file and polish on fingers or toes; all consist of 5 mins consultation and 25 mins treatment.
• Back, neck and shoulder massage is not suitable during pregnancy. Treatments are not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss with spa at time of booking.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes 1 hour access to the leisure facilities including heated indoor pool and whirlpool spa bath.
• Includes a 2 course lunch choosing a starter and main or main and dessert each from the Spa menu; subject to change. Served from 12noon - 4pm. Max of 2 vouchers per table. Vegetarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Includes a glass of fizz each on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
