Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Oct 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25 and 31 Dec 2018.
• A supplementary charge is required per room per night for the following: Friday £10 and Saturday £20; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 28 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Please note bookings cannot be made until Mon 27 Aug 2018.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon. 
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per night: executive room £20 or sea view room £30; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 3 course dinner each from the set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 1 child permitted; under 3’s stay free, ages 3 – 6 require a supplementary charge of £10 per child when sharing with adults and ages 7 – 16 are classed as adults; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
