Small print

• Voucher is valid until Wed 28 Feb 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 30, 31 Dec 2017, 1 Jan, 10, 11, 23, 24 Feb 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per apartment per night is required for Friday and Saturday nights; payable directly to Fountain Court.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 31 Jan 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in from 3pm, late check-out 12.30pm (usually check-out time is 10.30am).
• Please note a pre-authorisation credit or debit card charge of £50 required at check-in.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Fountain Court.
• One standard double bedroom.
• Parking is available for a supplementary charge of £15 per car per night; please book in advance of your stay, subject to availability; payable directly to Fountain Court Apartments.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount; Guest beds are free for 1 child under 12yrs and £30 per night for anyone 12 and over. Only 1 extra guest bed will be allowed in any apartment.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
