• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Dec 2018 until Sat 30 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1, 2, 8, 9, 14, 15, 21, 23, 24, 25, 28, 29, 31 Dec 2018 and 1 Jan, 14 Feb 2019.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Fridays and Saturdays; payable directly to the hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 4 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).  
• You will forfeit your voucher if you cancel after 2pm on the day prior to your arrival.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main course each; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel when booking. A supplementary charge of £7 is required per person for 8oz sirloin; payable directly to restaurant. Option 2 dinner is on the first night only.
• Free parking available.
• Max 2 children permitted. Children under 2 stay free and children under 12 require a supplementary charge of £15 per child per night including breakfast, dinner to be paid for as taken; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
