• Voucher is valid until Sun 5 May 2019, Sat - Mon 10am - 6pm, Tue - Fri 10am - 8pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 31 Mar 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £5 per person is required for Saturdays and Sundays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted
• Over 16s only.
• Includes spa access inc 17 metre indoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, experience shower, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, conservatory, heated loungers, outdoor terrace with panoramic clyde views, relaxation room, fully equipped gymnasium.
• Outdoor hot tub will close from 1pm – 2pm during winter months.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Option 1 includes a light lunch from the set menu.
• Option 2 includes afternoon tea
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available; please advise spa at time of booking.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
