Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 5 Mar 2020 until Thur 31 Dec 2020, 7 days 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25 - 26 Dec 2020.
• Voucher must be booked by Thur 10 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 4 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea only. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• Option 2: Includes access to the leisure facilities from 10am - 8pm; subject to availability. Under 16s are not permitted in the Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna or gymnasium. They are welcome to use the swimming pool room 6.30am - 9.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am-8.00pm Saturday and Sunday. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Advance booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
