• Voucher is valid from Fri 13 Nov 2020 until Fri 30 Apr 2021 and Mon 25 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1 May - 24 Oct, 24 - 26 Dec and 31 Dec 2021 - 1 Jan 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Early check-in 1pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Townhouse club double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe room for a supplementary charge per night; please discuss directly with hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel
• Option 2: Includes a £15 dinner allowance per adult that can be used on any menu. Menus are subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Max 1 voucher per table. Option 3: dinner allowance available on the first night only.
• Max of 1 child permitted; an extra bed or cot is available. Please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
