• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 20 Dec 2019 - 5 Jan and 14 - 15 Feb 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.
• Includes a 125ml glass of fizz each on arrival; can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Includes a choice of 2 canapés on arrival. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available.
• Prosecco and canapés will be served by the fire in the guest sitting room on arrival.
• A hot tub is available for members to use from 11am - 5pm.
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room: 4 poster garden view - £30, superior sea view or 4 poster sea view - £50; please discuss with and payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Children ages 12 and under permitted at a supplementary charge of £85 per night for an upgraded room to accommodate; max 1 extra bed per room.  Please discuss directly with hotel at time of booking.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
