Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 27 Nov 2017 until Sat 31 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24, 25, 31 Dec 2017, 1 Jan and 14 Feb 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 28 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.  
• Double estate room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe castle double for a supplementary charge of £50 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 1 includes a bottle of Prosecco to share; can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Option 2 includes a £20 per person dinner allowance towards the à la carte menu on the first night only; sample menu can be viewed here, menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 1 child permitted; under 4’s stay free of charge and ages 4 – 15 require a room upgrade to an estate family room at a supplementary charge of £30 per night including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per pet per stay; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
