Small print

• Jul - Sept (2 night stay): Voucher is valid from Mon 20 Jul 2020 until Sun 11 Oct 2020, 7 days; subject to availability. Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Oct 2020 - Dec 2021 (1 night stay): Voucher is valid from Mon 12 Oct 2020 until Sun 30 May 2021 and from Fri 15 Oct 2021 until Thu 23 Dec 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 31 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr, 1 Jun - 14 Oct and 4, 11, 18 Dec 2021. A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday and Saturday stays from Oct - Mar; payable directly to hotel. Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Jul - Sept: Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Oct - Mar: Early check-in 1pm, late check-out 12noon. Includes an arrival glass of red, white or rose wine in the Whisky Bar on arrival.
• Double or twin Kingsclub retreat or cocoon room available; subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes access to the leisure facilities with heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym. Please note, these may be closed due to Covid-19.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Wheelchair access available.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted. Assistance dogs welcome.
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
