• Voucher is valid from Sun 4 Sep 2016 until Sun 30 Oct 2016, Sun – Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Friday and Saturday.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Oct 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check in from 2.30pm, guest are required to check out between 10.30am – 11am. 
• Standard castle view double room only.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge. Castle view suite or superior room £30 per room per night, or a deluxe room in the main castle is £60 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Children permitted; children ages 0 – 2 stay free of charge, under 12’s are charged at £15 per child per night, under 16’s are £20 per child per night; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 child per standard room. Members with 2 or 3 children can upgrade to castle view suite for a supplementary charge.
• Dogs are permitted in standard castle view rooms only at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 well behaved dogs permitted per room.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Includes cream tea on arrival and castle battlement tour.
• Cream tea includes your choice of tea or coffee served with warm fruit scones, clotted cream and preserves.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
