• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Oct 2017 until Tue 19 Dec 2017, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sunday and Monday during November and December.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 5 Dec 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Option 1: check in 3pm, check out 11am.
• Option 2 & 3: check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Super Deluxe double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 and 3 include a 3 course dinner served in The Brasserie; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Dinner can upgraded for a supplementary charge of £25pp to 5 courses in the 3 AA Rosette-awarded restaurant, Station Road, on Friday and Saturday only; subject to availability, payable directly to hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 2 children are permitted; ages 12 and under stay free with supplementary charge of £8.95 for breakfast and paying for all meals as taken; payable directly to hotel.
• Pets are not permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
