• Voucher is valid from Thu 3 Dec 2020 until Sat 31 Jul 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 30 Apr - 3 May 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday and Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 30 Jun 2021.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Courtyard classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a castle feature room for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 1: Includes a bottle of red or white wine in room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a £20pp dinner allowance on the first night only. Menu is subject to change. Allowance must be used in full; no change will be given. Max of 1 voucher per table. Vegetarian options are available.
• Max of 1 child permitted; ages 0-2yrs stay free of charge, ages 2-12yrs require a supplementary charge of £10 per child per night room only or £20 per child per night bed and breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
