• Voucher is valid from Mon 7 Dec 2020 until Thur 23 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 26, 31 Dec 2020 - 14 Feb, 2 - 5 Apr 2021 and Saturdays in May.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays, £40 for stays in May and £20 for stays in July - August; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Dec 2021 we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: executive twin or double room - £30; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 2 course meal (starter/main or main/dessert) from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Please note leisure facilities will be open subject to Government guidelines.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as up to 12 years and are permitted in an upgraded classic family room at £10 per child per night; payable directly to hotel.  Meals charged as taken.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
