The TV in our room wasn't working properly - there were terrible picture problems on the channels that worked making it unwatchable and no BBC 1 or 2, so we reported it to reception. They sent up two people to swap cables and even change the TV itself, but still it didn't work.....we were offered a room change but we had unpacked all of our things and the room we were offered was at the other side of the hotel so we declined and just used our tablet.

We enjoyed our stay at Forest Hills. The terrace with beautiful views of the grounds and Loch are great.
Staff very nice and helpful and great breakfast.
