• Voucher is valid from Sat 12 Dec 2020 until Thur 23 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required Saturday stays, £15 for stays in April and May and £30 for stays in July and August; payable direct.
• Excludes 24 - 26, 31 Dec 2020 - 14 Feb 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a £20pp dinner spend; subject to change. Dinner spend must be used in full; no change will be given. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Option 3 dinner is on the first night only,
• Option 2: Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival; cannot be substituted for a soft drink.
• Option 3: Includes 2 x 25min treatments each choosing from the following: file & polish hands or feet, pro radiance hand and foot treatment, freestyle deep tissue massage or best foot forward. Groups can booked and receive treatment at the same time; max of 2 per group; subject to availability. Please discuss with spa when booking. Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Includes 1 hour access to the leisure facilities. Please note, these may be closed due to Covid-19 restrictions; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 children ages 12 and under permitted in an upgraded family room. Rooms can be upgraded to a family room for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted; guide dogs only.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
