• Voucher is valid from Mon 17th May 2021 until Tue 30 Nov 2021; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Tue 8 June, Fri 29 - Sun 31 Oct and Mon 1 - Mon 15 Nov.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Sat stays in June, Sept - Nov and for Sun-Fri stays in July and August; payable directly to hotel
• A supplementary charge of £40 per room per night is required for Sat stays in July and August; payable directly to hotel
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am.
• Deluxe double, king or twin room available.
• Max of 2 children 0-12 years of age permitted. An upgrade to a family room is required for a supplementary charge of £20; payable directly to hotel. Breakfast is included; all other meals are charged as taken.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 2: Includes £30pp allowance each night to use on the dinner menu. Menus are subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• No pets permitted.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
