• Voucher is valid until Sat 31 Jul 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 31 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr 2021 and special event days such as weddings.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £30 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Options 1 - 3: Deluxe double or twin room available.
• Option 4: Super deluxe suite available.
• Rooms can be upgraded and stay extended for a supplementary to be discussed with and paid directly to the hotel..
• Options 2 & 4: Includes a 3 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Options 1 & 4: Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted free of charge if sharing with 2 adults; children are classed as ages 3-12yrs. Max of 1 additional infant under 2yrs old permitted; travel cot can be provided. Please advise hotel at time of booking.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available. Please discuss with the hotel at time of booking.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
