• Voucher is valid from Wed 15 Jul 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £40 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Stay in a super deluxe king room.
• Rooms can be upgraded and stay extended for a supplementary charge per room per night to be discussed with and paid directly to the hotel.
• Option 2: Includes a 2 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change. Choose a starter/main or main/dessert. Vegetarian, gluten and wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 
• Max of 2 children under 12 permitted when sharing with 2 adults. Breakfast is included; all other meals are charged as taken.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted. Must be booked in advance to arrange a pet friendly room.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
