• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Fri 25 Sept 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 10, 30-31 Dec 2019, 7, 8, 14-15 Feb 2020 and 7, 8 Mar 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday stays and £40 for Saturday stays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12pm.
• Standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2: Includes a choice of starter & main or main & dessert from a set menu; menu is subject to change. A supplementary charge of £8 is required per person for steak frites; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Please note dinner to be taken at or prior to 7.30pm on Friday and Saturday nights; menu is subject to change. Dinner is not available in the restaurant on the 25th Dec 2019.
• Parking is available nearby at local car parks, payable direct to the operator.
• Max of 1 child permitted; Under 3s stay free of charge, cots are available. Extra beds can be provided for children ages 3 – 14 years at a supplementary charge of £30 per bed and paying for all meals as taken; payable directly to hotel. Please discuss family room availability directly with hotel; supplementary charges apply.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
