• Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Oct 2020 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr 2021, 19, 24 - 26 May, 5 - 12, 25-29 Jun, 9-11, 23-24, 30-31 Jul and 1-7, 20-21, 28-29 Aug 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable direct.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 10 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Double or twin standard room with no view available. To ensure a view, a supplement is required.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: standard room with views £20, deluxe £40 or suite £60; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes 2 course (starter/main or main/dessert) from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 
• Current guidelines mean bar/restaurant closes at 10pm – the restaurant will be opened from 5pm with last orders for food at 8.30pm. Space limited due to social distancing policies.
• All meals, breakfast and dinner are required to be booked at the time of reservation as well as leisure club use. Each slot will be for 1 hour per guest, hotel residents are encouraged to use bedrooms for changing facilities.
• Access to leisure facilities includes: gym and fitness suite, over 30 fitness classes, squash court, heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and spa pool. Please note leisure facilties will be open subject to current Government guidelines.
• Please note use of the jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna is not advised when pregnant or breastfeeding.
• The hotel is currently undergoing a refurbishment, please note refurbished rooms are limited and not guaranteed.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children up to 12 years stay free of charge; subject to room availability. Upgrade to a family room may be required to accommodate. Under 5s eat for free. Breakfast is available for a supplement of £3.50 for children aged 5-12 years and dinner is payable as taken; please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
