• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Sat 30 Nov 2019, 7 days, afternoon tea 12noon - 3:30pm, leisure access, 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max 4 vouchers or 8 people per table.
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes access to leisure facilities for over 16s only: pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym.
• For most relaxing day please check with staff the class timetable for any swimming lessons/classes that may be on during the day
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted for afternoon tea.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
