• Voucher is valid until Tue 28 Feb, 2017, 7 days 10am – 7pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 – 28, 31 Dec 2016, 1, 2 Jan and 11, 12 Feb 2017.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £15 per person is required for Saturday and Sunday; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 14 Feb 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Includes 2 course lunch, choice of starter/main or main/dessert. Spa menu is subject to change.

• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability. Maximum of 20 per group; please discuss directly with hotel. 
• Massage is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Treatment duration: 2 x 25 min treatments.
• Deal is valid for fully qualified therapists.
• Includes 2 hours access to spa and leisure facilities: gym and fitness suite, over 30 fitness classes, squash court, heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and spa pool. 
• Please note that swimming lessons and classes take place regularly and can be noisy; please discuss directly when booking for timetables.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
