Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Sep, 2016 until Wed 07 Dec, 2016, Mon-Thurs; subject to availability.
• Two night stay: arrive Mon - Wed.
• Three night stay: arrive Mon - Tue. 
• Thur is the last night members can stay, last possible checkout is Fri morning.
• Excludes Fri – Sun and 14th – 30th Oct 2016.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 9 Nov 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights.
• Check in 4pm, check out 10am. 
• Different room options are available according to which cottage is booked – please discuss needs directly with venue at time of booking.
• Dogs are permitted at a £25 supplement per dog. Max of two dogs per cottage. Please advise at time of booking.
• Children (2 - 12 yrs) are included in the overall head count; a max of 2 children per cottage.
• Cottages are all set up differently; cottages that sleep 4 will have 2 bedrooms and cottages that sleep 6 have 3 bedrooms.

Free onsite parking. 

Gas /electricity /towels /linen are all covered in the price.

• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
