• Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Mar 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 – 26, 30 & 31 Dec 2016, 1 & 2 Jan 2017 and 11 - 14 Feb 2017.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 6 Mar 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. A fee of £20 will be charged for any changes made to bookings once confirmed; payable directly to hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am. 
• Double or twin Deluxe room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per night: Superior room £10 and Suite/Garden room/Cedar room £20; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night B&B for a supplementary charge of £59, please discuss with and pay directly to hotel; subject to availability.
• Dinner options include £27 per person per night allowance to spend in restaurant. View sample menu here, which is subject to change.
• Please advise of any dietary requirements directly when booking. 
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children permitted; max 2 children. Rooms must be upgraded to a Superior room or Suite to accommodate. Supplement applies per child per night; 0 – 5yrs: £5 each, 6 – 12yrs: £15 each and ages 13+: £20 each; payable directly to hotel. Charges are inclusive of cot or extra bed plus breakfast.

• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
