• Voucher is valid from Sat 4 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior room £20 or master room £40; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Options 2 & 3 include a £20pp dining voucher. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Max of 1 child permitted for a supplementary charge of £25 per night inc breakfast; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per stay; payable directly to hotel. Dogs are not permitted in public spaces inc the restaurant and bar.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
