Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 15 Apr 2022 until Thu 30 Jun 2022, 7 days 1pm - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Jun 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Afternoon tea menu only; subject to change
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• A supplementary charge per person is required for the following: Prosecco - £5 and Champagne - £8; payable direct.
• Max number of vouchers per table will be in line with government guidelines at time of visit.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
