• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 May 2017 until Thu 29 Jun 2017, Sun – Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Friday and Saturday.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 15 Jun 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. 
• Double or twin Standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel; subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 2 course dinner each from chef’s menu; menu is subject to change.
• Includes cream tea served on arrival, inc scone with jam & Chantilly cream plus tea or coffee per person.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 2 children (under 12 yrs) permitted in Lynedoch Suite when sharing with two adults for a supp. charge of £60; payable directly to hotel. Children pay for all meals as taken.

• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
