The staff were very welcoming. We were given an upgraded room which was lovely and very clean.
The breakfast servers were very pleasant and efficient. The breakfast menu was excellent and the food/drink were constantly replenished.
Part of the deal was a cream tea or coffee with Bucks Fizz. The coffee, Fizz, pot of jams and cream were very good, however the scone was very basic. It would be good to have a scone from a bakery rather than a supermarket pack of 4. We love this hotel. -
Excellent three days and hotel was clean and staff attentive and food a high standard.
