• Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 - 16 Feb 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Online bookings only. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check out 11am.
• Deluxe double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please arrange and pay hotel directly.
• Includes a cocktail each on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink or mocktail.
• Car parking is limited and allocated on first come first served basis; other local car parks are nearby.
• Max of 1 child permitted on a z-bed for a supplementary charge of £15; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
