Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 2 Jan 2018 until Sat 31 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room is required for Saturday bookings; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 12 noon on the day prior to your arrival.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 vouchers per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; max of 4 nights, subject to availability.
• Option 1: double or twin classic room. Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.  
• Option 2: double or twin executive room. Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.  
• Option 3: double feature room or junior suite. Check-in 3pm, check-out 1pm.  
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. Subject to availability and payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 children under 12 are permitted free of charge when sharing Executive room with adults and paying for all meals as taken; children aged 12 and over require a supp charge of £15 per child when sharing with adults, payable directly to hotel.
• Families can be accommodated in executive room only (upgrade to executive room for a supplement of £20 per room per night); please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Options 2 and 3 include a starter and main from the Brasserie menu and a dessert from the Brasserie dessert menu. Max 2 vouchers per table.
• Menus are subject to change. 
• A supplementary charge of £5 is required per person for 8oz sirloin and rib-eye steak and £15 per person for 8oz fillet steak; payable directly to restaurant.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Includes access to leisure facilities.
• Free onsite parking.
• Wheelchair accessible; please note there are two steps into hotel.
• Pets are not permitted; guide dogs and hearing dogs only.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
