• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Nov 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 6, 8, 24, 25, 30, 31 Dec 2018, 2, 9, 14, Feb 2019 & 9 Mar 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night for Friday and Saturday bookings; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 12 noon on the day prior to your arrival.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 vouchers per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; max of 4 nights, subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.  
• Option 1: double or twin classic room.
• Option 2: Executive double or twin room; subject to availability. Please discuss which room type is available at time of booking.
• Option 3: double junior suite or feature room; subject to availability. Please discuss which room type is available at time of booking.
• Options 2 & 3 include a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival and a 3 course dinner; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten/wheat, dairy free vegetarian options are available, please discuss at time of booking. Alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink. A supplementary charge of £5 is required for 8oz sirloin & 8oz rib eye £5, and 8oz fillet is an extra £15; payable directly to hotel. Max 2 vouchers per table.
• Includes access to leisure facilities. Please note that the following Leisure facilities will be closed between 3-17 Jan 2019: swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room; the gym, fitness suite and spa are open as usual.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. Subject to availability and payable directly to hotel.
• Free onsite parking.
• Max of 2 children under 12 permitted when sharing with adults and paying for all meals as taken; ages 12-18 years require a supp charge of £15 per child when sharing with adults, payable directly to hotel.
• Families can be accommodated in an executive room for a supplement of £20 per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Pets are not permitted; guide dogs and hearing dogs only.
• Wheelchair accessible; please note there are two steps into hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
